At Plantsindo.com, every plant is carefully packed and shipped to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition. Since plants are live products, timely delivery and collection are essential.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually dispatched within 10–15 working days after order confirmation.
• Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Estimated delivery time:

• Kerala: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
• Outside Kerala: 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Important Delivery Instructions

• Plants are live products and must be collected from the courier agency immediately after you receive a delivery call or notification.
• Delayed collection may affect the health of the plants.
• Plantsindo.com is not responsible for any damage caused due to delayed collection of the parcel from the courier agency.
• Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the tracking ID provided.

Damaged Plant Claims

• If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong plant:
• Record a continuous unboxing video starting before opening the parcel and ending after all plants are fully visible.
• The video must clearly show the package and the condition of the plants.
• Send the complete unboxing video to WhatsApp: 8848599575 within 6 hours of opening the parcel.
• Claims received without an unboxing video or after 6 hours will not be accepted.
• After reviewing the evidence, Plantsindo.com will decide the appropriate resolution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed.
• No refunds will be provided after an order is placed.
• If a genuine transit damage or packing issue is verified through the required unboxing video, Plantsindo.com may provide a replacement or another suitable solution at its discretion.
• The decision of Plantsindo.com regarding replacements or claim resolution shall be final.

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping information.
• Track your shipment using the tracking ID.
• Collect the parcel immediately when notified by the courier.
• Follow the recommended plant care instructions after delivery.

Plants are natural living products. Minor variations in size, colour, shape, or leaf count are normal and are not considered defects.
