📸 Product Images: Images are for reference only. As plants are living products, each plant is unique and natural variations in size, colour, shape, leaf pattern, and growth may occur.
📦 Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy
❌ No Refunds: Once an order has been placed and processed, refunds are not available.
❌ No Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled after processing.

🌱 Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to a change of mind if the product is delivered in good condition.

✅ Replacement / Exchange
Replacement or exchange is available only if you receive:
🌿 Damaged plant
📦 Damaged package
❌ Wrong product
📉 Lesser quantity than ordered
⏰ Report within 2 days of receiving your order.
🎥 Proof Required: An unedited unboxing video and clear photos/videos are mandatory for all replacement or exchange requests. Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

📦 Lesser Quantity: If you receive fewer plants than ordered, we will send the missing quantity after verification. Please report it within 2 days.

🚚 Processing: Approved replacement requests will be processed as early as possible, and you will be notified once dispatched.
